Workshop Facilitator Training is leadership training designed specifically for experienced Early Years Professionals (Early Childhood Educators, Primary School Teachers, ECE College Instructors, Early Intervention Clinicians, etc) who want to learn how to create and facilitate educational workshops for parents, caregivers, and other Early Years Professionals.This training is for you if you:✅ Have more than 8-10 years of experience in the Early Years field.✅ Have a passion for learning, educating, sharing and creating.✅ Want to help others by sharing your experience and expertise. ✅ Want to broaden your impact and create a positive impact in the Early Years field. ✅ Are action oriented and ready to level up your creating and presenting skills. This program includes: Access to a supportive instructor via email throughout the duration of the program. A workbook, templates and resources to support your learning and content creation. An introduction that addresses mindset barriers. 6 live group sessions over Zoom (October 2, 9, 16, 30 and Nov 13, 20)   Facilitator Bio: Ana is a proud mother of three, a public speaker, a consultant, and the founder of Early Years Thriving. Since 2007 Ana has gained experience working with children and families using inclusive trauma-informed approaches. Through her passion for teaching, Ana has facilitated hundreds of workshops for thousands of ECE’s, teachers, caregivers, and parents. Through Early Years Thriving Ana provides leadership training in the form of Workshop Facilitator Training and she organizes yearly Online Summits for the Early Years community. Ana has a background in ECE, a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Youth Care, and she is completing a Master’s in Professional Education in ECE.   Participants will be given the link to the video and are required to participate in one of two ways-- with a microphone/built in speaker or through the chat. In addition there will be a log tracking which members contribute and which do not, and those that do not contribute will not receive PD hours. We ask that you leave your camera on for the session.  You must be able to commit to all sessions to receive your hours.
