Event: Facilitator Training Series

Module One: Clarifying Your Philosophy & Workshop Topic

Participants will walk through the program outline and expectations, beginning to work on addressing and shifting their mindset to one that is a growth mindset which is necessary to succeed in the program. During this session, participants will learn how to identify and describe their core philosophies and beliefs about child development, and from there, select a workshop topic that they feel confident teaching to their niche audience.
