Payment Policy

To ensure your spot is secured, all Professional Development fees must be paid in full prior to the event. If you are paying individually you are required to pay at the time of registration.

Exceptions: We allow flexibility for council or board-run centers requiring additional time for check approvals/signatures. Please contact us in advance if this applies to you. Payment is due one week before the event start date.

*If you are mailing a cheque, please allow a few days ahead of the deadline for it to be received by the ECDA office. Our mailing address is: PO Box 2002, RPO Sherwood, PE C1A 9E3

The Early Childhood Development Association (ECDA) reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings taken at ECDA-sponsored events for promotional and educational purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in ECDA publications and digital media.

Refund Policy

All purchases and sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of management in the event of documented extenuating circumstances received in advance of the event.

Please note that any approved refunds may be subject to a holdback fee of up to 20% to cover non-reimbursable administrative and processing costs. This holdback fee also applies to all duplicate payment refunds.

We are thrilled to invite you to a member-exclusive ECE Week & Award Celebration at the Credit Union Place in Summerside! This evening is dedicated to honouring and celebrating the incredible work of PEI's Early Childhood Educators and support staff. This is your night to shine, connect, and celebrate with peers who share your passion and impact.

Evening Highlights:

Award Ceremony: Celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions of our fellow Island Early Childhood Educators.
DJ & Dancing: Hit the dance floor and enjoy classic favourites that will keep you moving and make the evening unforgettable with Music Dee-Lite. Have a song request: Submit it here: DJ Requests
Fun & Games: Enjoy giant games, board games, a photo booth, and more fun surprises throughout the evening.
Appetizers & Cash Bar: Light bites, a cash bar, and a CANDY BAR will be available all night to keep you refreshed and energized.
