Payment Policy

To ensure your spot is secured, all Professional Development fees must be paid in full prior to the event. If you are paying individually you are required to pay at the time of registration.

Exceptions: We allow flexibility for council or board-run centers requiring additional time for check approvals/signatures. Please contact us in advance if this applies to you. Payment is due one week before the event start date.

*If you are mailing a cheque, please allow a few days ahead of the deadline for it to be received by the ECDA office. Our mailing address is: PO Box 2002, RPO Sherwood, PE C1A 9E3

Refund Policy

All purchases and sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of management in the event of documented extenuating circumstances received in advance of the event.

Please note that any approved refunds may be subject to a holdback fee of up to 20% to cover non-reimbursable administrative and processing costs. This holdback fee also applies to all duplicate payment refunds.

Canceled due to low Registration - Licensed or Aspiring Licensed Family Home Centre Network

The Family Home Centre Network will meet one evening monthly (1st Thursday) to work together to collaborate in ways of providing high quality childcare. It is a “come when you can” Network, for anyone who wants to talk about fresh ideas, needs help breaking down barriers, or is interested in professional development!

We know that Family Home Centres play a vital role in communities and Early Childhood Education, and especially now with PEI being a part of building a Canada Wide system.

We hope that this Network will build on the foundation and help more families have access to high quality spaces in their communities!
