Payment Policy

To ensure your spot is secured, all Professional Development fees must be paid in full prior to the event. If you are paying individually you are required to pay at the time of registration.

Exceptions: We allow flexibility for council or board-run centers requiring additional time for check approvals/signatures. Please contact us in advance if this applies to you. Payment is due one week before the event start date.

*If you are mailing a cheque, please allow a few days ahead of the deadline for it to be received by the ECDA office. Our mailing address is: PO Box 2002, RPO Sherwood, PE C1A 9E3

The Early Childhood Development Association (ECDA) reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings taken at ECDA-sponsored events for promotional and educational purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in ECDA publications and digital media.

Refund Policy

All purchases and sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of management in the event of documented extenuating circumstances received in advance of the event.

Please note that any approved refunds may be subject to a holdback fee of up to 20% to cover non-reimbursable administrative and processing costs. This holdback fee also applies to all duplicate payment refunds.

Join us! PEI Pride Parade

Join us in celebrating diversity, inclusion, and community at the annual PEI Pride Parade! As a proud partner of Pride PEI and committed to supporting families of all backgrounds, ECDA encourages educators, centre teams, parents, children, and community members to walk with us in this year's parade! Who Can Join: ECDA members, families, children, friends, and all Early Learning Professionals & community supporters What to Bring/Know:

Wear rainbow colours or ECDA apparel for visibility and pride spirit.
Stay hydrated, bring sunscreen, comfy shoes, and come ready to dance and connect!
Plan for a fun, family-friendly march. Expect lively music, colourful floats, and cheering spectators lining the street of downtown Charlottetown

Cost to Participate: Free! By walking together, we not only celebrate Pride but also affirm ECDA’s commitment to inclusive early childhood environments.
