Provide a program that supports and encourages a positive relationship among children, parents and other staff, • Ensure the children feel safe, valued and respected regardless of race, creed or varied abilities, as stated in our centre\'s philosophy, • Provide an emergent, play-based program utilizing learning environments that both nurture the individual child and support the family\'s needs in a warm and respectful manner • Provide an environment that is fun and rich in discovery and learning opportunities that are designed to help enhance each child’s self-esteem and sense of self-worth. • Introduce children to activities and opportunities that support their emotional, social, creative, cognitive and physical growth • Provide an inclusive environment that promotes active learning, autonomy, freedom, and a sense of responsibility • Utilize the Early Learning and Childcare Framework • Have a working knowledge of the PEI Acts and Regulations and AQI
