We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a collaborative, play?based learning environment. The ideal candidate is caring, enthusiastic, and committed to building strong partnerships with families while supporting children’s development through responsive, child?led experiences. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play?based learning experiences Work collaboratively within a team?teaching model Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with families Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning Participate in ongoing professional learning and reflective practice Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and centre policies

Required Skills
Early Childhood Education certification (or currently enrolled in ECE program) Current First Aid & CPR certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to continuous professional growth Ability to support children’s learning through a play?based, child?centered approach

Required Experience
Experience is an asset
