Early Childhood Educator/Pedagogical Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about working with children and committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. To be successful in this role, you should possess:  A valid Early Childhood Educator certification (ECA or higher) in Prince Edward Island or equivalent recognized certification. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education or childcare, with a strong understanding of child development and effective learning strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine love for working with young children and an understanding of the importance of the early  years. An ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, sharing ideas and working toward common goals. Familiarity with PEI\'s Early Childhood acts and regulation  and experience using the Early Learning Framework
