At Wildflower Early Years, you will play a vital role in the development and well-being of children under your care. Your responsibilities will include: -Supervising and engaging children in educational activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. -Implementing age-appropriate learning experiences and activities based on children\\'s interests and developmental stages. -Maintaining a safe and clean environment in accordance with licensing regulations and our commitment to quality care. -Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure each child\\'s individual needs are met. Required Skills
-Certification as an Early Childhood Educator/Associate/Intern (ECE 1/2/3), as per provincial requirements. -Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. -Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development. -Developing and implementing lesson plans in collaboration with the Director and other team members. -Evaluating and documenting children\\'s progress to support individualized learning goals. *We are currently unable to provide sponsorship for PR.
