Mighty Oaks Academy  is looking for a highly motivated  Early Childhood Pedagogical Support Worker. This individual will: Support the educators with planning, implementing and evaluating developmentally appropriate practices within the classrooms. They will provide guidance and mentorship to help strengthen educators practice through assisting with  professional learning initiatives, while holding a strong commitment to their own professional development. Will assist educators to adhere to regulations, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the ELCC of PEI. A strong understanding of the Early Learning Framework, Acts and Regulations and Child Development are an asset to this position. The successful candidate will be required to have an ECA Certification valid on PEI.

Required Skills
ECA or higher certification on PEI

Required Experience
At least two years hands on experience
