Early childhood educator

Shining Stars Childcare Centre, an Early Years Designated Centre in Stratford, PEI, is seeking dedicated and qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programs, supporting children's health and wellbeing, and working collaboratively with fellow educators and families.

Required Skills

Completed a 1 or 2 year diploma or a degree program in early childhood care and education, approved by DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND LIFELONG LEARNING

Early Childhood Educator ECE Level III Certificate approved by PEI DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND LIFELONG LEARNING
CPR and First aid
Food Safety course-certificate
Current Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector

Required Experience

working with young children ages 6 months to age 5.
