At the same time, educators are being asked to respond to more ministry expectations, inclusion practices, documentation requirements, family engagement, behavioral support strategies, and pedagogical frameworks than ever before. Without pedagogical mentors guiding, supporting, and accompanying educators through these expectations, it becomes unrealistic to fully implement all these programs effectively while still maintaining quality care and meaningful relationships with children.
