I work as an early childhood educator. I feel like pedagogical support is basic need of every daycare on some sick days when ratio get high we always have extra hands in daycare to balance ratio. For documentation, weekly observation, planning, classroom activities clean up we always need someone to help or cover so that we can easily plan out coming days and stay up to date.
