Our children need support and structure now more than ever. In a world of convenience, these trained and professional individuals take the time to educate our children and interact with them face to face, this quality of care is lacking in unregulated centers and sadly at homes as well. Impacting growth and development, we need these staff to participate and support the ECEs so our kids can get the best start in life!
