We are so happy to be a part of the Superstars Daycare. From day 1, Nicky Ford helped us advocate for special needs funding for my oldest son. We had just received an autism diagnosis, and also had a newborn baby. When he started at Superstars, everyone was amazing and helped him so much, including two of the now pedagogical support staff, Wendy and Sandy. My daughter attended Superstars from 12 months to kindergarten and we also had an amazing experience. My youngest now attends Superstars and he loves his teachers so much. I will be distraught when his time at daycare comes to an end. These educators, these WOMEN are amazing. They have been a support system to us for the last 7 years.
Pedagogical Support Funding IS NEEDED. THEY ARE ESSENTIAL. Children need extra time. Our staff has helped our children through many big emotions. Educators need time for planning, documentation and family communication.
