The Supervisor supports the daily care and education of children while stepping into leadership responsibilities as needed. This role bridges hands-on engagement with children and operational oversight, ensuring quality, safety, and smooth centr operations. Key Duties Supervise groups of children during routines, activities, and transitions. Support educators with planning, guidance, and collaboration. Assume leadership tasks in the absence of senior staff, including staff coordination and cent oversight. Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and organizational policies. Communicate professionally with staff, families, and management.
