We are looking for an energetic and reliable person to add to our team! The position we are hiring for is full-time, Monday to Friday, 915am - 515pm. Duties and Responsibilities: -Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and experiences. -Ensuring the health and safety of children. -Communicating with parents and staff. -Working effectively as a member of a team, as well as independently. -Documenting children\'s learning. -Completing accident reports, reports for specialists and daily reports for parents. -Developing and organizing children\'s portfolios. -Delivering parent teacher interviews. -Maintaining professionalism. -Keeping the classroom clean and organized. -Sanitizing children\'s toys.

Required Skills
-Early Childhood Education Certificate or Diploma. (Must be recognized by the PEI Child Care Facility Board) -Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check -First Aid and CPR Training -Active ECDA Membership, or willing to obtain one within the first three months of working.

Required Experience
Experience working in a child care facility with children ages 0-5 an asset.
