About the Role:\r\nWe’re looking for certified Early Childhood Educators (ECI, ECA, ECE) to join our dedicated \r\nteam at Smart Start Trinity. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, \r\nengaging, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. You’ll design and deliver fun, \r\nplay-based learning experiences that foster children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive \r\ndevelopment.\r\nAs an ECE, you’ll also play a key role in building strong, trusting relationships with families, \r\nsupporting parents and caregivers as active partners in their child’s growth and learning. \r\nCollaboration is at the heart of what we do — you’ll work closely with our Early Learning team \r\nto plan, deliver, and reflect on programs that meet the diverse needs of the children and families \r\nwe serve.\r\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about early learning, values teamwork, \r\nand is excited to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. \r\nWhat You’ll Do\r\n• Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred activities\r\n• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth\r\n• Communicate openly and positively with parents/caregivers\r\n• Help new families feel welcome and involved\r\n• Work collaboratively with the Early Learning team\r\nPay & Benefits\r\n• Pay based on PEI’s ECE Grid (level & certification years)\r\n• 40 hrs/week (8-hour shifts)\r\n• Competitive employee benefits package
