Pedagogical Support Staff - Afternoons

We are seeking a certified Early Childhood Educator who is not only passionate about working with young children but also possesses a fun, and positive attitude. As a valued educator within our Montessori team, you will play a crucial role in providing a caring and stimulating environment for children in your care to grow, learn, and develop their full potential. Responsibilities: - Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and express themselves. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times. - Continuously seek professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest research, best practices, and trends in early childhood education. - Participate in staff meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions to contribute to the overall growth and improvement of the program.

Required Skills
Priority will be given to certified staff but is not a requirement. CRC/VSC First Aid
