Early Childhood Director Assistant

Looking for a senior level manager who will assist the director in the day to day operation of the center. This educator will be a graduate of a recognized university or college and hold an ECE certification on PEI and have at least 3-5 years experience working within a licensed center and have experience and skills in program and staff supervision. This role involves working closely with staff to support curriculum implementation, maintain high-quality care, and uphold our centre’s values and standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills are essential. Must be a current member of the ECDA.
