ECE 3 We are seeking a certified Early Childhood Educator who is not only passionate about working with young children but also possesses a fun, and positive attitude. As a valued educator within our Montessori team, you will play a crucial role in providing a caring and stimulating environment for children in your care to grow, learn, and develop their full potential. Responsibilities: - Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and express themselves. - Observe and assess children\\'s progress, identifying areas of strength and areas that require additional support or intervention. - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication, sharing updates on children\\'s development and addressing any concerns or questions. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times. - Continuously seek professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest research, best practices, and trends in early childhood education. - Participate in staff meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions to contribute to the overall growth and improvement of the program.
