Any person certified as an early childhood educator under the provincial earlychildhood development certification program and is, at the time of application, practicing within the province of Prince Edward Island.
Any person, or member of a community agency supportive of the ECDA's mission and goals and not eligible for membership under any other membership categories (this may include parents, retirees, and ece's during times of unemployment).
Any businesses that provide services that would enhance either the early childhood development service, business or the early childhood educator.

Be sure to complete all the steps and then click Return to ECDA site.
If you do not have a PayPal account nor want to create one, click Don't Have a PayPal Account option on the PayPal login screen and follow the instructions.

Select this option only if your fee has been or will be paid by a center or organization. Your registration will not be completed if no payment is received.
Upon recieving payment you will be sent an email confirming your membership application and you will have access to the Member Area
