2017 ECDA Fall Conference


The 2017 ECDA Fall Conference is being held at the Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown on October 19th & 20th! Once again we have confirmed some very exciting and talented speakers to join us over two days of learning, growing, and networking; including opening keynote speaker Holly Elissa Bruno, and closing keynote speaker Stacie Goffin.

The conference will be focused on the topic of professionalism; both personal professional practice and the professionalization of the early learning and child care sector will be explored. What does professionalism mean to you? Discover more at the 2017 ECDA Fall Conference. 

We are pleased to welcome opening keynote speaker, Holly Elissa Bruno, an award-winning, best-selling author, international keynote speaker, ground-breaking radio host and seasoned team builder. Holly Elissa’s books include the best-selling, What You Need to Lead an Early Childhood Program: Emotional Intelligence in Practice (NAEYC, 2012), Learning from the Bumps in the Road (Redleaf Press, 2013), and The Comfort of Little Things: An Educator’s Guide to Second Chances, which received the National Living Now silver award for books from any field that “uplift the quality of life”.
